Support is very poor, most of the time no one answers the phone their hours of operation 10 AM is not condusive for help! It ihas been ALMOST 2 WEEKS and I am still not up and running.
We have one of the best support systems on the net today – http://www.DropshipSupport – Our phones are not for support but more so Customer Service. We also have Live Person Support!
We build custom websites from the ground up, our designers spend a lot of time building these sites rather than just a cookie cutter template. If you want a site up within a day I suggest you use our other platform, called PicNsell.com. Bit id you want it designed to your liking, then 30-40 days or sometime longer to make it the way you want.

Hello my name is Katie and I am the project manager for Mr. Jay’s website. I would like to comment on the above review by Mr. Jay.
Let me start out by stating that our hours of operation are set to 10am-6pm central time for any customer service through the phone. We want to allow people from all time zones to be able to contact us (if need be) and that is why they are as followed. We also provide full support online through chat and via support tickets, which exceeds our hours of operation list above.
Mr. Jay had sent us one email through our ticket system, which was responded to the following day. Also, I would like to mention that we are in the process of development for his site, and have been for the past 2 weeks (as he was out of town, and not reachable for a week prior to that).
I am not sure were the “lack of support” he stated is coming from, but I assure you that we have helped him through this process of build a site, every step of the way.

I wish everyone could see the beautiful site we have. I have never seen a website as unique as ours. Plus it is easy to keep up to date or make minor changes to. No matter how “silly” sounding my problems/questions were, they were always answered.

To begin I was new at creating an on line business. I was walked through each step and sometimes I asked and was given one on one help. I want my business to be sucessful and without the support of Usell corp I would not have the great site I have. I wanted certain products downloaded to my site, they have been working with the company to insure done right. I look foward to a long working relationship all possible by working together, patience, and knowing the help or questions I have will always be adressed.
I had a site for several years only gave it up because of my wife’s health problems
I never had a problem getting help and believe me I needed it because I am a box of rocks when it comes to the web.when I got stuck trying to do something I would go to the help section put in a report and I got detailed answer on how to fix my problem
also Junior worked up a great logo for me which I still use.

Joshua I am looking for a looking for a dropshipper and it is hard to find one. Please make sure you information that you post is correct. There are many businesses located at 2700 West College Ave. Big Lots is located in lot #20 and Anves is located in lot #9. Make sure to post good information. When i saw your post I immediately started to research later to find that i wasted my time based on your post.
